Regulars rave about the broth’s depth—a golden, homemade elixir free from artificial shortcuts—and the generous portions of beef flank and soft tendon, which soften beautifully in the simmering broth. The addition of fresh basil, bean sprouts, and lime brings brightness and a touch of herbal zest, elevating the flavors to new heights. Whether you opt for classic beef pho or dive into more unique soups like the tofu noodle or spicy seafood varieties, each bowl promises an embrace of warmth, spice, and comfort.
Moreover, the sautéed dishes such as Gà xào giá (sautéed chicken with bean sprouts) and Bò xào cà ri (sautéed beef with curry and veggies) add a delightful twist for those looking to explore richer textures and complex seasonings beyond pho.
If you’re in search of a haven for Vietnamese flavors that stay true to their roots—yet remain accessible and richly satisfying—Pho Hao is a gem worth discovering. It’s a place where every spoonful tells a story of meticulous preparation, deep culinary traditions, and heartwarming hospitality that leaves you eager for the next visit.

Order #13 Phở Tái Gân Sách, size large. Nice tasting broth, fresh basil, lean portion on the tripe and tendon — thin pieces, which is fine, but far too few of both the tripe and the tendon. Less of the rare beef than other restaurants as well but quantity there perfect for my preferences. I will return, though perhaps try ordering my pho with their a la carte option in the hopes of getting a bit more. Dinning partner ordered the Phở Gà (chicken), large with a mango bubble tea. Pho was enjoyed with good amount of chicken. Service fast and attentive. Space standard clean and comfortable. Parking, if needed, easily found (metered in front, free available around corner.)
This Soup Special was probably the best serving i was given ever since i ate here. I was greeted with iced water and ample serving of sprouts, fresh thai basil and two fresh slices of lime. The soup was served fast and presented well with a clear, dark and surprisingly very hot broth giving a mild beefy, salty taste on its own whose flavor was further intensified with a squeeze of lime and sriracha creating a balance of spice and sourness with the broth which clung to the noodle with every slurp. Slices of beef, thin tripe, two halves of springy beef balls and savory fat were sufficient on the small serving i ordered. It was a satisfyng meal with speedy service with a humble asian ambiance.
I always have their beef flank and soft tendon Pho with extra tendons <3 Real golden bone broth. Homemade, not from powder mix like Pho 88. Their tendons are always super soft and tasty. Good collagen to stay looking young and joint support. Beef tasty and generous with meat portions. Very fast service. The workers and owners dont say much. Their soup does the talking for them. Been coming here for years. Never dissapointed in their soup nor service.
I finally had time to write this. Since I really liked the seafood dish with crispy noodless from Nguyen Phi on CDN, that unfortunately was closed, we decided to go in and try it here, thinking that the experience could be similar. We were 3 at the table. We also ordered a third dish with shrimps, beef and chicken. Without a doubt, the seafood, with noodless, as a whole, was better in the Nguyen Phi. There, the sauce was more flavorful, well seasoned. Richer and thicker. Here, it was like water. As for the other dish, it was generally good, but according to my table companion, the shrimps were dry. So much so that he had a hard time removing them from the toothpick. The service time was average. Nice atmosphere and clean place. Next time, I might try their Pho.
